Intensifying Contrast Agent – MT-1
MT-1 is a high-performance contrast enhancer formulated to improve the visibility of magnetic particle indications on light-colored or reflective surfaces. Ideal for use in Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), this white contrast agent creates a sharp visual background, making it easier to detect even the smallest surface and near-surface defects. MT-1 ensures reliable and accurate inspections, especially in low-contrast environments.
Black Magnetic Ink – Oil Based – MT-2
MT-2 is a premium-quality, oil-based black magnetic ink used in magnetic particle inspection for detecting surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. It offers excellent mobility, strong magnetic particle response, and superior flaw visibility under visible light. Suitable for both stationary and field applications, MT-2 is designed for consistent and repeatable inspection performance.
Oil-Based Fluorescent Magnetic Ink
This oil-based fluorescent magnetic ink is specifically engineered for use under ultraviolet (UV) light in MPI procedures. Its intense fluorescent properties provide bright, high-contrast indications, making it ideal for detecting fine cracks and flaws that are not easily visible under normal lighting conditions. Cleaner/Remover – PT-1
PT-1 is a fast-evaporating, solvent-based cleaner and remover designed for pre-cleaning test surfaces and post-penetrant removal in Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI). It effectively removes dirt, oils, and excess penetrant without leaving residue, ensuring that inspection surfaces are clean and ready for accurate flaw detection. PT-1 is safe on most metals and compatible with other DPI materials.
Solvent Removable Red Penetrant – PT-2
PT-2 is a high-sensitivity, visible dye penetrant used for detecting surface-breaking defects in non-porous materials. With excellent capillary action and vivid red color, it delivers clear, highly visible indications against a white developer background. PT-2 is easily removable with PT-1 cleaner and is ideal for weld inspections, castings, and other applications requiring precise surface testing.
Developing Agent – PT-3
PT-3 is a fast-drying, white powder suspension used as a developer in the DPI process. It enhances the visibility of penetrant indications by drawing out penetrant from surface flaws and providing a contrasting white background. PT-3 ensures clear, sharp flaw definition, making it an essential component in achieving accurate and reliable inspection results.
